Position Summary: Position Summary: The Client Service Associate is a customer-centric professional that provides direct assistance to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction from an operational standpoint. This role strengthens client relationships while improving processes continuously.
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience:
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in client service
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle requests from clients and business partners pertaining to account administration 
- Assist with the preparation of account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items 
- Maintain prospect and current client information in all existing databases (CRM) 
- Maintain calendars for financial advisors 
- Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic client files 
- Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities 
- Develop key objectives and manage all assigned projects/tasks in a timely manner

- Must be able to work independently and as a team player

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software 
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
