Position Summary: Position Summary: The Client Service Associate is a customer-centric professional that provides direct assistance to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction from an operational standpoint. This role strengthens client relationships while improving processes continuously.
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience:
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in client service
Key Responsibilities:
Handle requests from clients and business partners pertaining to account administration
Assist with the preparation of account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items
Maintain prospect and current client information in all existing databases (CRM)
Maintain calendars for financial advisors
Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic client files
Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities
Develop key objectives and manage all assigned projects/tasks in a timely manner

Must be able to work independently and as a team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
Experience with Salesforce preferred
