Bryce Black

Bryce Black is a strategic leader with a decade of experience focused on institutionalizing growth and executing complex M&A transactions. In his role as Director of Corporate Development for Bogart Wealth, he spearheads the firm’s expansion initiatives, focusing on identifying, and integrating high-quality RIA partnerships that align with the firm’s long-term vision.

Throughout his career, Bryce has successfully overseen more than a dozen acquisitions, ranging from strategic RIA mergers to complex wirehouse lift-outs. His expertise lies in navigating the full deal lifecycle—from initial sourcing and creative transaction structuring to ensuring high levels of client and asset retention.

Prior to joining Bogart Wealth, Bryce served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Robertson Stephens, where he co-led the M&A efforts and managed a robust pipeline of growth-oriented firms. His previous experience also includes serving as an M&A Associate at Focus Financial Partners and a consultant within the Asset and Wealth Management Advisory practice at PwC.

Bryce earned his Master of Arts (Joint Honors) in Economics and Management from the University of St Andrews.
