Bogart Wealth is searching for an Information Technology Manager to provide technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees and leadership to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. You will be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
Responsibilities:
Firm and Employee Support
- Employee new user setup/onboarding and offboarding
- Multiple office locations site design, implementation, and management
- Hardware ordering, setup, and management
- Vendor management
Salesforce Administration
- Reporting
- Dashboard management
Cyber Security Support and Governance
- Workplace administration and reporting
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Anti-Virus administration and management
- Firewall and network administration
- CISSP preferred
IT Management
- Microsoft 365 management
- Internal documentation
- Software license deployment and management
- Hardware device management, inventory, and lifespan planning
- Mobile device management / end point controls
IT Administration
- Policy management
- Budgeting
Requirements & Skills:
- Salesforce experience required
- Financial Services industry experience required
- Knowledge of Black Diamond is a plus
- Ability to train employees in technology
