We are looking for a creative and skilled WordPress Developer/Graphic Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and visual identity. This role will involve designing and developing our WordPress website, creating engaging graphics, and ensuring our digital content is visually appealing and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

  1. WordPress Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain the Bogart Wealth website using WordPress.
    • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.
    • Ensure website functionality across various devices and browsers.
    • Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
  2. Graphic Design:
    • Create visually compelling graphics for the website, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and email templates.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and print media.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content.
  3. Project Management:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress and incorporate feedback as needed.
  4. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
    • Design intuitive and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.
    • Conduct user research and testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve website aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain management.
